Nicole has over 25 years of experience as a design professional integrating her design vision into every project.

Learning under our visionary, John Hourian, she encompasses his love for landscape and pushes the envelope of creativity.

Working with every client and assisting them in their design process, she embraces how they would see their spaces with a different perspective or organice, natural and harmonious plantings, managing projects from start to completion.

The firm’s client list is as diverse as the services it provides, including parks, commercial (private and public), cultural and educational institutions, city agencies, hotels and restaurants, and private individuals.

Bob Garcia has worked in the Landscape Architectural Industry for over 40 years with licenses in CA, AZ, NV, WA, ID, UT and NM.  His focus has been on Construction Documents, Planting, Grading and Drainage and Irrigation Design as well as expertise with the State of California Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (AB 1881).  He has also focused on Fuel Modification Plans for San Diego, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.

Bob graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture, and an Associate Degree in Architecture from Long Beach City College.  Bob also brings us 30 years of AutoCAD experience.

During his career Bob has worked as a Project Manager and as an Associate for various offices providing Project Management, Design, Construction Documents and Construction Management.  Projects ranged from Custom Single-Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Commercial and Public Works projects.

Mark Minick, a landscape professional, who has been in the industry for more than 22 years, has built an expertise background in Irrigation and Planning Design, Preliminary Landscape plans, as well as Construction Documents.

As Sr. Irrigation Manager, his role includes all aspects of design and drafting of small residential up to large master planned communities, from small commercial projects to resort projects. He is familiar with a variety of CADD programs which allows him to bring his expertise to every project.

Mark attended Arizona State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Design Degree in Landscape Architecture.  Having continued his education working privately with many other firms in the industry, Mark knows what it takes to see every project through.

Rob Anderson has worked in the landscape industry for over 20+ years with his main focus on Irrigation Design. Graduating from Arizona State with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture, Rob brings a nice perspective on the latest irrigation technical design. He has worked as a Project Manager for for 6 years and is very keen on managing all aspects of landscape design. 

Rob brings us 21 years of landscape architecture/autocad experience.

Rick Conner, Land Design Group’s principal, has been a major contributor for projects ranging from thousand-acre master planned communities to large-scale residences. The locations of those projects have also varied: China, Arizona, and throughout California. As a landscape architect, he’s successfully handled responsibilities such as resolving grading and drainage issues, designing functional and aesthetically-pleasing details for landscape architectural elements, and leading both design and project management teams.
